After you have downloaded and installed the application you will need to mail us at info@statspro.co.za for us to give you a username and password.
After you have installed the application the next step is to name your game files correctly. Because this is an internet based service the game files have to be named uniqully. The format we chose was to have 3 CAPITAL letters of the one team, a v for vs, followed by 3 CAPITAL letters of the other team. This is followed by the date (yyyymmdd) and the team number 14B, 19A or 001 for a 1st team. For exapmle a game between South Africa and Australia played on 6th of April 2009 will be called: RSAvAUS20090406001
After you have named your game file correctly you open your Rugbystatzone application and go to the file tab. Now open your game file with the programme. If your game file is not an AVI select the all files button bottom right. If you are connected to the internet the program then goes to the Statspro database and looks to see if the game has been coded and uploaded or not.
Now you are ready to start coding.
Download the Short Cut Keys and Definitions files and save them on your computer.1st Study the Statspro definitions. The definitions are only guidelines and you are welcome to change this as you see fit as long as you are consistend in your desisions. _
